Unfortunate that I have to write an unfavorable review but I am very disappointed in this last stay. I had left detailed instructions for a 2 day weekend away which were not followed. I came home to pee and poop all over my bedroom and hallway, my cat locked in one of the bedrooms (for over 8 hours without food, water, or a litter box) and their automatic water dispenser completely empty. I had used Coughrey one time before and didn’t have any issues but this weekend was definitely not a good experience. There was also very little communication. I would recommend for anyone looking to book Coughrey to have a very thorough in person break down of instructions, and provide clear expectation on communication.

With a great pleasure I’m writing this review for Coughrey, he did a great job w my pup even though they’ve met the first time, that can be always challenging and my pup does not trust new people easily & has separation anxiety. Coughrey became friends w him fairly quickly, spend a good day taking care of him, calming him down, gaining his trust, so I felt comfortable to entrust him and leave them together alone while I had to take care of my errands. Above all I saw how caring, trustworthy & responsible young man he is. We are looking forward to hire him on regular basis.
