We booked drop in visits for our dogs while going out of town and offered to meet in person to go over all the details but due to scheduling conflicts, did not meet in person and left instructions to follow via Rover Chat. Received multiple messages asking if feeding was required and/or when which was outlined in the general sitting instructions. Completely separately and significantly more egregious, received a message on the final day letting us know that he had taken the liberty to LET OUR INDOOR CATS OUT OF OUR HOUSE. To clarify, the service booked was for drop in visits for our two dogs and had no service notes, instructions, or details needed for our cats. What kind of pet sitter lets someones cats out of their house without A: Asking first or B: Bringing them back inside. Yes, we arrived home several hours after his last visit to find one of our poor cats begging to be let in on the back deck. Luckily this could have been much worse with coyotes constantly in our area.

Cory has been great. I can tell my pup is so excited on the days I come home and he has been there. He's been dependable and updates me on their walks. Thanks Cory. Will definitely keep using him and would recommend. Cheers!
