Pet care experience
I adopted my first dog Crosby back in 2007, a Siberian Husky/German Shepherd mix. Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to her in 2018 as she had cancer. I got my second dog Willow, a silver labrador in 2019 as a puppy. Had her potty trained in a week, as well as other tricks. In October 2020, I adopted Kia, a black lab/shepherd mix, as a ‘sister’ to Willow. With Crosby, and now with Willow and Kia, we’d go for long walks to explore new sites, routes and smells. I believe in consistency, firmness and a little bit of spoiling. Positive reinforcement is a great teaching tool, but understanding body language is also a great tool to prevent incidents and establish boundaries. Dogs are our best friends for a reason. They’re family members and deserve only the best care and love that we can provide them with. I spend each day with dogs. Some I get to see each day during the work week, some I see on differing days, and some only as needed for walks. Working with pets is my primary occupation. I care for your pets as if they were my own. I set realistic boundaries (no pulling or jumping up at me) but I can also spoil them (within reason, usually with praise and attention).

Information Cory S. would like to know about your pet
Any severe triggers/reactivity ideally. Any time I’m out with a dog, that isn’t mine, we take care to avoid any possible trigger (human, animal, etc) to focus on us connecting during the walk/visit.
A typical day
For most walks; I’ll change up the routes we take, each day being a bit different from the previous day to keep it from being predictable.
