I am new to the Birmingham area and looking for a part time focus outside of my job. My family and I have 2 larger dog breeds that we take great care of walking and engaging with. While growing up we had many cats and enjoy their company as well.

If the dogs/cats are friendly I have no issues playing in enclosed areas and or taking on walks. I am a sturdy build so I will not be pulled around.

Prior to connecting with your animal I need to know if there are any medical or behavioral issues that I need to be aware of. The safety of your pet and myself is my biggest priority.
A typical day
I am big believer in being outside as much as possible, fresh air does everyone some good. Creating a good connection with pets builds trust that allows them to enjoy their time away from their immediate family. Using familiar toys and going to areas outside of comfort will be great for relationship building.

My current work schedule is fairly normal 9-5 with some weekend hours and travel. Could be flexible for morning, evening walks or house stop ins.
