**PLEASE READ ENTIRELY PRIOR TO STAY** About Me I have always been an animal lover. I have raised and trained and fostered dogs for just over 30 years. I have experience with many breeds. I have personally owned a Chihuahua, a Shiba Inu, 3 German Shepherds and a Pit Bull mix. I have experience with basic obedience and behavior training and have also participated in Schutzhund training and trials with my Shepherd. I have used Rover in the past and know how important it is to feel like you have a responsible sitter for your pet. I have a fenced yard for your dog to run around in. I can walk them daily. I am a block away from a large park we can visit if preferred. House Rules and Details: *Your pet will be the only guest I take in and will get LOTS of one on one time *I do not allow my guests on furniture They will still get lots of snuggle time! *My guests may have potty and play time in the backyard as long as they would like but will always be supervised while outside. * I may leave for short errands nearby. I prefer guests who can be crated while I am away. This is for the safety of your pet and to prevent any damage to my home. I have a large crate. *PLEASE mention if you dog has a tendency to mark indoors. Rover Rate Policy Rover charges per 24 hour increment. For this reason, if your dog is picked up past the time they were originally dropped off, there will be a daycare rate charge. Example: Guest is dropped off at 9am on Friday and picked up at 2pm on Sunday- You would be charged for 2 nights and 1 daycare rate.
