Pet care experience
I am able to walk, check-in, feed, and care for your dog either at my house or yours. I am a reliable and flexible person who is motivated to help you! I have my own transportation, my own house and plenty of space for housing your dog, if needed. I’ve been around dogs my whole life, including 2 of my own for many many years. I helped with the feeding, walking, and grooming of my dog. I have always been that girl that when she sees a dog out, makes a point to go and pet it. I promise that I will treat your dog as if it were my own and give it all the love and attention it deserves while you are away!

Cortney is seriously the best! She gives the best updates and pictures which puts me at ease while I’m away from my boy! She’s so flexible and easy going. I can tell Gus loves his time with her and her husband. Our second time using Cortney to watch him and when we got to her house he pulled me to the door and was so excited to see her - his little stub tail was wagging like crazy! Gus will definitely be looking forward to the next time he gets to stay with her.
Cortney was amazing with us and our furry friend from start to finish. Our dog has never been away from us for more than 10 hours at a time and she finally needed to stay overnight somewhere while we were on vacation. Cortney earned our dog’s trust and soothed her separation anxiety within the first few hours and made sure to give us plenty of updates and pictures along the way! Cortney went above and beyond with our dog and even went as far as to go out and get her a toy for her stay. When we picked our dog up it was as if she had been with Cortney for months! Words can’t quantify how much of a relief it was to find someone so good with both people and dogs to put our minds at peace while we were away. Our family highly recommends Cortney and her services.
Cortney did an amazing job with my 5yr old lab mix. She sent many pictures and kept contact. It was a great feeling knowing my dog was in such a caring environment.

Although I don't have a fenced in backyard, I am able to provide your dog with all it's daily required walks and playtime. I live in a quiet little neighborhood with plenty of space for your dog to run and play as well as at my house in the front yard.

Please make me aware of any allergies, special medications/foods your pet requires or cannot have. I follow whatever instructions are left behind to make sure that your pets daily routine at my house follows their routine at your home as well. **I NOW REQUIRE YOUR PET TO HAVE A CRATE--I HAVE HAD SOME BAD EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST WITH UNCRATED, AND FOR THOSE REASONS I REQUIRE YOUR DOG TO COME WITH A CRATE--PLEASE ONLY REQUEST IF YOUR DOG HAS A CRATE THAT HE/SHE USES ON A REGULAR BASIS, THANK YOU!!**
A typical day
I will make sure that your dog is physically stimulated as well as gets plenty of rest and water. Multiple walks throughout the day, playing in the house or in my front yard and all the belly rubs they can handle. I have a nice park near my house that I venture to with all the dogs I have watched and we usually run into some other doggie friends along the way as well.

I work full-time as a personal trainer, which is great because I have flexibility in my schedule that I can watch and board dogs as well. **I REQUIRE YOUR PET TO HAVE A CRATE--I HAVE HAD SOME BAD EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST WITH DOGS WITH NO CRATES, AND I AM NOT WILLING TO GO THROUGH THAT AGAIN--PLEASE ONLY REQUEST IF YOUR DOG HAS A CRATE THAT HE/SHE USES ON A REGULAR BASIS, THANK YOU!!**
