I am so disappointed!!! The first time Corrina house sat for us she provided very detailed and thorough updates and photos and I was very happy with her service. I have since had my original positive review of Corrina based on that first visit removed, because subsequently the negligence on her part greatly outweighed the original positive experience. I had booked Corrina for house sitting the weekend of Feb. 20-21. I learned on the morning of the 21st that Corrina had not stayed overnight and had only come for a quick drop in visit the evening of the 20th and the morning of the 21st. She indicated she was unable to stay the night due to a "minor family emergency". I understand that unexpected emergencies occasionally happen, and although I expressed my disappointment in not finding out until the next day that she had not stayed the night, nor having the opportunity earlier to try to find someone else to stay with my dogs overnight, I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and give her another chance. I booked her again for house sitting the weekend of Feb 27-28. This turned out to be a serious mistake in judgement of her character. She did come over briefly the afternoon of the 27th, but then left again before evening. I texted her multiple times that evening to check on the dogs before finally getting a response after 10pm that she would not be able to return to our house. I then asked if my dogs were fed dinner and got no reply. I later discovered my dogs were not fed dinner nor given necessary medication, including anxiety medication for my dog that suffers from severe separation anxiety. I received no reply from Corinna until after I had contacted Rover support and messaged Corrina about refunding my booking fees. The Monday after that weekend she replied that she had been out to dinner that Saturday that ran late and "didn't check her phone". Although my booking fees have been refunded, this in no way excuses Corrina's pattern of gross negligence in leaving my dogs uncared for twice. Based on this pattern of repeated behavior, I do not recommend anyone trusting Corrina to care for their pets.

I was very happy to find Corrina, she is a true animal lover and took amazing care of my three dogs and a cat. One of my dogs is massive and slightly difficult to handle but, I have no worries with Corrina. She will text over a pictures and gives great updates on how they are all doing. I never worry about my pets when Corrina is around. Thank you so much for giving me "Peace of Mind" while I'm on vacation. Best Ever!!
