I have a great love for animals, especially dogs. I'm always the person at the party who is off playing with the dog while everyone else is socializing. I'm very responsible, patient, caring and educated. I have a degree in Mass Communications and another degree in Journalism. My entire life I have owned and cared for many types of dogs ranging from large dogs like Labrador Retrievers, to very small dogs like Scottish Terriers and teacup Chihuahuas. These were dogs I owned, dogs I fostered, or other people's dogs I sitted for. I've cared for dogs with various medical conditions such as seizures, blindness, severe skin allergies, and hypoglycemia. I have also been trained to do the Heimlich maneuver and CPR on dogs. I have no children or animals, and I have lots of room in my home. Any dog would be comfortable and content being here. Although I live in an apartment, it's a very large one with a second empty bedroom where your fur baby can sleep, stretch out, and play. In my apartment complex we have a large lake with a trail where me and your dog can go on long walks. There is also lots of grass and fenced-in dog parks with fun equipment for your dog to play on. I'm about a mile from Martin Nature Park where I'd love to bring dogs to for walks, especially if they are highly energetic. Since I'm home full-time, I will have lots of time to spend walking , playing, and caring for your dog.
