Pet care experience
I grew up with the kindest husky-malamute-wolf dog and taking care of energetic labs, so big, sweet, outdoorsy dogs are my favorite. All dogs have their own lovable traits, though, so I'd love to meet yours. I can't own a dog right now, but I really miss dog playtime. So I am hoping to find some canine buddies to run with, hike with, fetch with, throw a frisbee with, snuggle with, care for, and love!

Cori has taken Charlie on several walks and hikes. She always sends me photos of him having the best time! He has a lot of energy and Cori matches that perfectly. I feel very good about leaving Charlie in her care.
I've known Cori for several years now, having met her when she and my son were Resident Advisors together at WWU. Cori loves the outdoors and any dog lucky enough to stay with her would be in for a wonderful adventure. Cori watched my chocolate lab recently, and they spent the day together at Lake Padden. Sam loves it when Cori is around as she knows Cori will play ball with her or take her for a hike. I would not hesitate to leave my Sam with Cori any time. I highly recommend her for your pet(s).
Cori would make a great friend for canine. She has taken care of dogs at her house several times, just because she enjoys their company. She is extremely active and will definitely keep up with your pup, if not tire him or her out! I have seen her experience caring for two different labs, and they have come back from their walks exhausted and happy. Your dogs would be lucky to have Cori as a playmate!

The off leash area is great for dogs that are safe and comfortable off leash, and that love running hills as much as I do. I can't wait to take your doggie friend exploring all the trails in the Chuckanut Mountains, too.
