Trusted Care When U Can't Be There

*** UPDATE AS OF 2/12/18 I will not accept dogs for boarding in my home that have not been vaccinated for the Canine Influenza Virus. There are confirmed cases in Solano County. Dogs need to receive two vaccinations. The initial vaccine and then a booster 2-4 weeks later. I will need to see proof of shot records before boarding. This virus is spreading rapidly through California and can range from mild to life ending ...

What Cori would like to know about your dog

I prefer to do a meet and greet with the pets and their people before a pet sit job. I usually ask all questions at that time concerning feeding, medication, behaviors, and routine. One weeks notice allows time for a meet and greet to be scheduled before the pet sit, to ensure your pet feels comfortable with me.

When Cori watches your pet

My schedule mimics an average working persons schedule Monday through Friday with weekends off. Typically when walking the dogs we walk within my gated community. We have lots of play time and cuddle time in my home and in my backyard. Dogs can be nervous spending time with new people and animals, in a different environment. That may be compounded with too many new activities or experiences. It may make their behavior more unpredictable. My goal is to keep your pets happy and above all safe. If you do have a high energy dog though activity and getting out and about is necessary. Walking at our local hiking area at Pena Adobe is always fun for them. Staying within their normal routines as much as possible helps them feel better while you are away.

Also if I am watching the pets in your home I do not charge additional to bring in mail or water plants.
