I saved an abounded dog about 4 years of age at the swift river and ended up taking it in to my friends house in palmer, after the owners gave up their rights to her. I have since taken her hiking at mount manadknock and dog sat for a week while her owners were on vacation(: excellent dog. I’ve also interned at second chance where I helped in spay and neuter and had experience dealing with dogs of all sizes, mean and friendly dogs, and even got to aid vet techs in intubation and prepping dogs for surgery. Fed and cared for dogs after surgery, and even contacted concerned owners who wanted frequent updates abou their pet! Loved every minute and would love more experience!
