I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of PA who lives in New Jersey and who is looking to house sit, drop in, and walk dogs as a side job. I have taken care of two dogs that I had from childhood to young adulthood. I had lost my last dog about three years ago, so I began to volunteer at Burlington County Animal Shelter. For 3 years, I have walked dogs of all sizes. I was approved to handle and walk the labeled strong dogs within the shelter. I have also become a dog volunteer adoption assistant to take dogs to events to promote adoptions. Additionally, I am the lead for our bathing team for the shelter dogs. Dogs are my passion and I look forward to caring for countless dogs.

I love all breeds. I would like to know the dog's personality and energy level so I will be able to match their energy. I would also like to know how dog friendly they are just in case there are some dog parks nearby.
A typical day
I enjoy walks around neighborhoods or nearby parks. If the dog is friendly with other dogs, we could take a trip to the nearest dog park. I enjoy playing fetch or tug-of-war with all playful pups. I could assist with teaching some basic commands. I can also lounge around with the loungey types of dogs.
