I grew up with dogs my entire life. I just moved to Havre de Grace from point Pleasant New Jersey, where I grew up with dogs as part of the family. Havre de Grace is a very dog-loving and dog-friendly community, and is just perfect for all dogs of all shapes and sizes! There is even a large park a couple blocks from my apartment with two acres of land and a beach where your dog can run and play! I was living in DC this past summer and watched all kinds of dogs! It has been so fun getting to know the personality of each and every one of them! Just like I did in DC, I will make it a point to send you photos / videos of your dog every day. Looking forward to meeting you and your pooch!

Connor is amazing with dogs. I’ve never met a dog who doesn’t love him. I live in a small, comfortably quaint apartment just across the street from a law enforcement officer. Everyone in this neighborhood is very friendly. We all know each other, and make a point to wave and say hi when we see each other.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs and/or needs to adhere to a strict routine. I have raised a puppy in the past and fully understand the importance of routine (walks, feedings, time table, etc…). I also appreciate and respect honesty. If your dog is vocal, overly hyper or energetic, it is important for me to know that beforehand so that I can adjust my plans to your pup’s stay accordingly.
A typical day
I love to go on long walks in and around the community. If your dog likes to run down by the water, there are a couple beaches that are just perfect for your water-loving friend! I am a very active outdoor person, so high, energy dogs are welcome. I also can appreciate the finer times of life, so if your dog is not energetic and would rather stay inside my apartment is air-conditioned for those hot summer days and has heat for those cold winter days.

Availability
I currently work full-time for the US Army and have a schedule of 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday with weekends off. My calendar will reflect full availability. And if you need any kind of special circumstances I’m sure we can work something out! Getting home from work at 4:00 PM gives me plenty of time to go on long walks, and play in the park with your dog!
