For drop ins I will enter calm and confidently, as to show the pup all is well and this is perfectly normal. Then once pup has settled for a second, out to go potty! Followed by a walk or indoor playtime (or outside fenced activities if you own a fenced in yard.)

I work at Holland Panera during the morning and take care of doggies in the afternoon anytime after 3pm. Dogs NEED a helping hand to get there full amount of exercise during the day, and I take my job very seriously for that dogs sake, and owners peace of mind.
