I’ve had loads of rewarding experiences with many animals! Throughout my childhood, we’ve had dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and fish—in no small part to my persuasion haha. I’ve also dog sat for various relatives as well! Now, recently graduated with a degree in zoology, I work as a shift lead at a kennel! From my schooling, I’ve developed a very basic understanding of animals in a scientific and medicinal sense, and from work, I have had a wide range of amazing encounters with many types of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, potbelly pigs, fish, rabbits, and birds! I also know how to administer medication, take care of older animals, and train dogs!

I’m not accepting in home boarding at the moment, but I provide a very loving environment everywhere else! Whether that is laying with an older dog or running off your puppy’s energy at a dog park, cleaning cages, playing with your cats, or talking with your birds—amongst many other things!—I’m very adaptable and accommodating in what I do in order to ensure your baby has the best time ever!

I would like to know anything I need to look out for with your pet. I know general signs of common ailments, but it would be good to know if there’s something specific I need to check on or be on the lookout for. Any important nuances in your pet’s physical and behavioral health will helpful as well so I know how to properly accommodate them. Also, while I only give food that is allowed by each pet’s parent, knowing any allergies would be beneficial just in case. Anything else you feel is important for me to know so your pet is as happy and comfortable as possible will also be much appreciated!
A typical day
A typical day is anything you need it to be! My usual order of doing things for animals that stay indoors is to clean up after them and then spend time playing with and petting them. As for dogs and other animals that go outdoors, I love going on long walks with them in nature parks, and I also enjoy taking them to the dog park, but the activities of the day can be tailored to whatever suits your pet the best!

As of right now, my availability is open as I’m taking a break from my kennel job due to a loss in the family. The one-on-one opportunities I get through pet sittings are more manageable at this time, and I also just enjoy them more in general because they’re so rewarding.
