I'll care for your pets like my own

Pet care experience

I love dogs and have had dogs since I was a kid. I've been caring for my own pets for 28 years, currently have 4 of my own, and for family and friends pets about 15 years. My dogs are not considered pets but members of the family so I will treat your dog or cat like a member of my family too. I've cared for big and small, hyper and chill, puppies and seniors and dogs with health issues, so I have a wide range of experiance. Also I have the ability to stay calm in stressful situations which helps your pet to stay calm and relaxed while in my care. I would love to meet you and your pet and look forward to helping care for your beloved family members. Dog broading and daycare coming soon! I care for pets full-time and usually 7 days a week (I do try to take a weekend off every 2-3 weeks), the services I offer are walks, drop-in visits, doggy daycare and dog boarding. The earliest I'm available to do a walk/drop-in visit is 8:00am (may be closer to 8:15 depending on the number of pups I'm hosting at the time) and latest is 9:15pm. I also try to clump walks/drop-ins into groups for morning, afternoon and evening/night, I do that since some of the pups that come for daycare/boarding suffer from anxiety, so I try to avoid constantly coming and going to reduce their stress. This also allows me more time to spend with the pups I'm hosting. When I do go out, at minimum for 1 job I'd be gone for an hour and I try to be gone for no longer then 4-4.5 hours at a time that way they aren't left alone long. The earliest time pups can be dropped off for daycare/boarding is 7:00am, the latest for pick-up times on Sun-Thur is 8:00pm and Fri-Sat is 9:00pm. When arriving for drop-off and pick-up please text me to let me know you are here instead of knocking, this is to try and reduce the commotion of the pups inside and be respectful of my neighbors, especially in the evenings who also have dogs. I have a fenced yard and separate rooms set up for the pups, so when I leave they will be kept in their own area and not with another person's pup. Also if needed I can also crate them when I am not home.

Connie is so conscientious. She often cares for my dogs in her home and visits my cats when we go out of town. She takes her job seriously and keeps us informed of anything that might be going on with my pets. She is the best!

Connie is a wonderful sitter! My both dogs really love her. She has been our regular sitter for almost 4 years! She gives me detailed explanations about each dog. Also, she has a lot of knowledge with health conditions and works with each dog based on their needs. Highly recommend to choose her as a sitter!

Information Connie T. would like to know about your pet

I'd like to know the breed age and temperament of the dog so I can get an idea of the energy level of the dog to insure I'm exercising them properly.

A typical day

I can walk your dog around your neighborhood or take them to a park close by... I'm not far from Ballenger Creek Park. We can just walk around or run around playing with the ball or other dogs at the park.
