Dog Walking and Pet Visits in Cranleigh
Pet care experience
Do you need help with keeping ontop of your dog’s daily walks? Or somebody to come in and provide care for your animals in their own home? My name is Connie and I am currently offering dog walking and drop in visits for all animals in the Cranleigh area. I have a huge passion for dogs with experience in professional dog boarding and professional dog training. I am an annual visitor to Crufts so truly adore dogs of all breeds! I have worked with a huge variety of breeds, ages, temperaments and personalities including toy breeds, working breeds and giant breeds from puppies through to golden oldies. I make the most of the beautiful surrounding countryside for dog walking. As well as dogs I am also a great lover of cats having two of my own indoor ones - Posie the sphynx and Sausage the rescued munchkin. I am happy to visit your cats in their own home where I can offer feeding (including raw), medication administering, grooming, playing and general husbandry. I also am experienced with a variety of other animals which I offer drop in visits for including small mammals, exotic mammals, reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, fish and birds (including birds of prey). I keep many of these animals myself and take pride in my high husbandry standards. Rest assured your animals would receive the best quality care.

This was Alfie’s 2nd weekend with Connie he had two days of fun and running around through leaves and puddles then in the evenings cuddling up on the sofa. Thanks again Connie Alfie hopes to see you and your family soon. 🐶🐶
Buffy and Ruby went for a practice stay with Connie and her family overnight and they will definitely be returning for a longer stay. The girls were made very welcome from the off and Connie kindly sent me pics to reassure me they had settled ok. Thank you so much xx
Wow what a fantastic experience for our boy Alfie who stayed with Connie and family recently. With updates and pictures given Alfie had a great stay....Thank you and we recommend you to all our family and friends. Alfie will be looking forward to staying with you again soon. ???
Connie treated our three dogs wonderfully for the week she had with them. She kept us regularly updated with pictures and messages about what they were up to, and we were delighted to see how they were made to feel at home with Connie and her family. We would not hesitate to take our dogs back to Connie and would highly recommend her.

I have experience in positive reward based dog training which I am happy to put into place during walks. I am deeply respectful of your home and it’s security and happy to offer little house jobs such as watering the plants or taking the bins out if you’re away!
Information Connie S. would like to know about your pet
- Is your dog reactive to anything and if so what? - Age and breed of your dog - Any history of aggression - Basic background of your dog - Prey drive of your dog - Any useful commands you use on walks - Is your dog okay to travel in the car - Does your dog have any medical issues - Is your dog neutered
A typical day
I like to visit the surrounding countryside for walks. Whether it’s the beautiful sandy heathland, woodland, hills or fields. One of my go to walking spots is Hurtwood. I allow the dogs time to sniff, the opportunity to swim if they want to, they can take their favourite toy with them to play with, and if requested time off leash is also an option. I also am happy to continue any training methods you are using.
