I love dogs but don't have the time at home consistently to be a dog momma of my own standards. My adult daughter and her dog just spent the summer with me and I realized that I miss having a dog (have had several over the last few decades). Since I am a freelance environmental educator and I work from home, I have the flexibility to be a Rover provider. My daughter works for Rover and falls in love each time she works, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I can always use the extra income, I love dogs, I love taking walks, and I am a very active person, so thought this might work out! During my busy work seasons, I am out of the house for 12-15 hours a day, so won't get a dog of my own, since that is unfair to the dog. My work life is very active with children, water, canoes, and adventures, so dog sitting would be another set of adventures!
