Pet care experience
I am British and really miss having dogs at home! By joining Rover I intend to give your dogs the attention and dog walking they need and, in return cuddles for me! I am passionate about all animals and work for a non profit organisation called Zante strays all year round. This is saving dogs and cats from living on the streets in Greece and finding new homes for them. One of my best friends is a vet and is always close by if there are any issues which, I am sure there will not be. I am young, physically active, fun, outgoing, energetic, kind, organised and enjoy nurturing and looking after both people and animals. I think that I could really give your dog the attention and love they deserve whilst you are away!

My babies were in the BEST care with Connie! She is a total seeetheart and treated Larry and Lulu like her own. They are older dogs and need some special care and Connie was so great. I even had to extend the stay due to travel issues and she was flexible and helped me out. I highly reccommend Connie!
Connie is a loving and caring person who is passionate about dogs. She has had dogs in her family for her whole life so understands their needs and how look after them. For the last five years Connie has spent her summers volunteering at a stray dog charity (Zante Strays) based in Greece where she looks after the young and sick dogs, feeds and walks them, and helps find them homes. While she is not in Greece she manages the charity's social media accounts to help rehome the stray dogs. Connie would be a great choice to look after or walk your dog and I trust her entirely.
Connie is a kind and caring person with a great love and passion for dogs. For the past few summers she has been helping take care of stray dogs in Greece and trying to find them loving and caring homes. She grew up with dogs in the house and has been around them all her life. She is a responsible and organized person that can be relied on with the care of your pet. Although one should not have preferences on breeds I have a special soft spot for Golden retrievers and poodles. Having said that, I really love all dogs. A nice temperament is important to me and in addition I would like to know if they are house strained.
A typical day
We will walk up to Carl Schurz Park for our morning walk from 54th street, then home for breakfast and some playing. I will constantly have eyes on your dog to look after their every need. Our big afternoon walk will be in Central Park. For other small excursions we will walk the streets of New York with lots of water breaks for your dog. Dehydration in the summer is the worst!! Also a great friend of mine is a vet and is always close by if there are any issues. I only ever want to have one dog at once unless they are from the same family so that I can give my full attention to that specific dog!
