Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and currently have a 4 year old pup named Harold. I have worked with professional trainers, and read books on dog behavior/training methods. I am very good with anxious or shy pups, and have used positive reinforcement (and treats!) as well as scentwork to help dogs feel more confident. I have experience walking, feeding, bathing and playing with all kinds of dogs including my own.

Connie is a great dog parent to her corgi and has taken excellent care of our Bernese mountain dog. She stayed in our house around 4 days with her corgi and I’m pretty sure our dog was loved on more than when we are around. She’s very careful with feedings which is fantastic because our dog has a very sensitive stomach. Connie is punctual, friendly, and pleasant to be around.

A typical day
I love using scentwork as an indoor activity to keep dogs busy! Playing fetch is also a great way to get their energy out. I typically look for a nice park nearby to walk them if available.
