We have been extremely fortunate to have Conchi to take care of our home and three beloved pets - Clyde, Eloise, and Bella. We were struck by her genuine love for animals and her professional demeanor. Conchi consistently provided top-notch service. She went above and beyond to ensure our pets were well-taken care of, making sure they maintained their daily routines and received plenty of love and playtime. Her natural rapport with Clyde, Eloise, and Bella was evident from their wagging tails and happy faces. Not only did she take fabulous care of our pets, but she also maintained our home in impeccable condition. This level of commitment and respect for our space was truly appreciated. Conchi's communication was superb. She regularly updated us with photos and messages about our pets, which brought us great comfort and peace of mind while we were away. Knowing our home and pets were in Conchi's capable hands allowed us to relax and focus on our time away. Conchi is amazing! Gemma was probably the happiest we’ve seen her when we got home. We got several pics of Gemma while we were gone for three nights and everything was left in perfect condition. Will definitely use Conchi again!!
