Hello! My name is Collin, and I'm a first-year doctoral student. I recently moved away from a house shared with the family's two dogs, Reggie and Satchel. For the past few years, the best part of my day was waking up to go for a run with those big puppies. I hope to use some of my free time helping out those who needs someone to spend valuable time with their pups. I'm excited for the opportunity to help out dog owners who need a safe and reliable guardian for their pups for any length of time. My school schedule is flexible enough to make me a perfect fit for this operation, and the ability to spend time with dogs is my idea of a perfect way to earn a little money during my time in the doctoral program. With only a few classes each week and limited office hour requirements, I am able to get to and from any house or apartment in the area to check on dogs quickly and often. My previous experiences with dogs not only involved the family pets but also pets of former roommates. Balancing a workable schedule to make sure we accounted for Dylan's needs was our number one priority. These early experiences with care-giving prepared me well for opportunities offered by Rover.com. If you were to choose me to take care of your dog, I would try my very best to spend as much time outside as possible (provided your dog enjoys being outdoors). I love going to dog parks to interact with other pups, or just taking long walks/runs to get some quality exercise. If your dog likes open spaces but not the company of other pups, a quiet park would be our destination of choice. If your dog prefers to stay indoors, I love making use of whatever space is available for playtime and games (abiding by all house rules, of course!). And if your pup prefers to be left alone, I'm excited to be present and attentive to providing ample bathroom breaks and food. No matter the regiment your dog has grown accustomed to, I'm happy to make these things happen! I was shocked and thrilled that this site even existed, and I hope that I am able to be a helpful part of making the life of your pet a little easier!
