I am someone who has always had AT LEAST a dog in the household since I was born. I grew up in a rural area in a family of pet lovers. We’ve had chinchillas, lizards, parakeets, turtles, frogs, horses, Guinea pigs and cats. But most important to my life has been dogs. My family is a dog loving family. We’ve had small dogs like chihuahuas and poms, and big dogs like golden retrievers. I’ve had shelter dogs and purebred dogs alike and have cared for pets across a spectrum of attitudes, sizes, ages and breeds. Currently I live in Columbus and care for my three year old Golden retriever Alice, she’s my best friend. My experience with pets has made me the go-to for friends and family when it came to pet sitting and dog walking. I’m the first they call when someone is going out of town or is in a bind where they need a trustworthy person to care for their dog, cat, goldfish, horse… whatever it might be. Beyond basic dog walking and feeding, I’m well versed in pet healthcare, bathing and pet training. I’ve raised puppies and cared for elder dogs in their twilight years. If it’s dog related, I’ve seen it.
