Pet care experience
I have always had a love for animals and am currently studying animal science in college. My dream is to be a veterinarian and hopefully specialize in equine veterinary practice. I take my love of pets seriously they are a member of the family and not just a pet. I’ve cared for and trained a senior neighbors pet because she injured herself and used my dog to help socialize hers as well. Your pets are my responsibility and I feel those family members should be cared for as well as any human child.

Colleen was so great. I was just in town for a wedding and she took care of my puppy at her home and dropped him off at the hotel after the party. She was so nice and he was so happy and missed her when she was gone.

If a client does not have a fence I will walk the animal by leash if it’s a cat that’s up to the owner how they normally care for that animal. Your pet means I care for them as you would and I do request diet information as I like to give a treat for good behavior and do not want to mess with anyone’s tummy.

I like to be aware of any special needs as well as diet having GSD mixes they have sensitive tummies and I wouldn’t want to give your furry family anything outside of the usual diet without prior clearance.
A typical day
I am an avid believer in exciting long walks and playing with various toys and stimulating experiences. I love visiting the local parks as well as occasional dog park trips.

I’m starting a full time dog walking and pet sitting business while I’m in school working on my degree and my youngest child is a freshman in high school.
