I grew up always having a family dog and a few cats, and my first 'baby' was a gorgeous, soft-tempered lab who passed away a few years ago. We now have a 3 year old rescue pup named Clover. She is athletic and fairly low key, loves to snuggle. She LOVES little dogs and is super gentle and playful. Dogs over 45lbs we must do a meet and greet to make sure they get along. She does not like dogs that bark at her or are bristly. My household has three kind, animal-loving and fun young teens and an active mom so your pet will have endless attention and plenty of walks. I have a great indoor cat, Topper. He doesn't mind dogs if they don't give him the side eye I hope to host dogs that like kids, are gentle with other dogs and behave on leash. I have a home with a large fenced yard in an urban area with sidewalks ideal for walks. I work from home and can offer midday exercise and bathroom breaks and lots of company. I would love to give your fur baby a home away from home while you are at work for the day or out of town!
