In planning our family trip to Florida, I had every detail in place... EXCEPT care for our 3 year old lab, Frank. Whoops! When I finally got back on Rover, I figured it wouldn't be easy finding someone: (1) in our area, (2) reasonably priced, (3) who was willing to take our 70 lb. dog at the last minute, AND (4) for 8 nights in a row. By some stroke of luck, I happened upon Colleen. I first sent my request on July 4th (of all days), and she responded immediately, which I did not expect. We agreed to do a meet & greet with our two dogs to make sure they were socially compatible. We met up on the day I needed the "dog-sitting" to start and I was so nervous in case it didn't work out with Colleen, because I had no back up plan. But from the beginning, she was lovely! She was SO accommodating, and her place was very clean and well-maintained. I had to bring my son along to the drop off and between a 6 year old on summer break and a large, energetic dog in a new place, Colleen took all of our chaos in stride. She is such a sweetheart and very outgoing and personable. She felt like an old friend, which made me feel very comfortable leaving Frank with her. As for the care itself, Colleen walked him every day, and sent us updates via text along with photos of Frank. She texted me with any concerns she had, and truly treated Frank like he was her own. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would! I am recommending Colleen to our friends with dogs and she will be our first choice next time we need to use Rover. Apparently, procrastination can pay off! But I won't be chancing it with Colleen next time; I'll be requesting her way sooner. Thank you, Colleen, for loving Frank as much as we do!

Collen is wonderful with all types of animals. She is on time and takes long walks with your pets. I wouldn't hesitate to call Colleen again.
