I have owned dogs since I was 8 years old (24 years experience) and have owned cats for the past 2 years. Friends & coworkers have often asked me to house/pet sit for them, including feeding, walking, and playing with their fur babies.

Just let me know if you if you have a fenced yard they can roam around in, or if a leash is needed, how often/where they like they potty, their typical feeding schedule/routine, how often they get treats, what their favorite toys are, etc.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs, health conditions, requirements, or just habits they’re used to. If they require medication, please let me know what the medication is for, how much should be administered, as well as when and how frequently. If they do have any medical conditions, what’s the best way to manage it and what symptoms should I be on the lookout for that would require medical attention. Please give me vet info, or at least a family/friend contact in case of an emergency.
A typical day
Definitely let me know what your dog likes to do for fun - fetch? Tug of war? Keepaway? What are their favorite toys? Do they prefer outdoor or indoor play? Do they like going on walks & are they kid/other dog friendly? What’s their typical routes(s) look like, how long should their walk be, are there any parks they like going to? Any dog friends they have play dates with?

Availability
I work from home 3 weeks out of the month, so my schedule is very flexible. Happy to take care of your pets in the evenings after work (I log off at 5pm), or I can even adjust my hours or take an extended lunch break to check in and/or walk your pets during the daytime. If you need me to housesit, I can easily bring my laptop and work out of your home while you’re away.
