Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of friends and family pets on and off for the last 6 years or so. I also have a few people I’ve met through watching friends dogs that I now sit for as well. I’ve always had a huge heart for all animals and love being able to spend time with others pets. I also own a variety of small pets and reptiles/amphibians and am able to care for those as well. I appreciate lists made for exactly what needs done for critters so I can be sure to give the best care.

Colleen house set for my dog Layla and my 2 cats. Colleen did a great job. Layla loves her, it was the first time I didn’t worry about my pets while I was away and my house was left in great condition. Colleen is a great person I highly recommend her.

I’m currently not able to do any home services from my own home, but I’m more than happy to come to your home where your pet is the most comfortable and take them out for walks and play time. I also have no problem doing any form of medication or feeding.

I like knowing if there is any medical issues I need to know about. If the dog is reactive to other dogs, cats, small animals. That way I can be sure to avoid any situations like that to keep all the animals safe.
A typical day
For walks I either walk them around the neighborhood where the dog lives, or if I am able I like to take them to the dog park connected to where I work and play fetch and let them run around there. If the weather is very hot I keep water and bowls with me for the walks and if it’s super rainy I try to play as much as I can with them inside the home so they can still run but not get drenched or cold.

Availability
I currently work part time at a pet hotel, but my schedule is very flexible. My work week changes depending on the week, but I’m still very able to do drop ins, walks and overnights.
