I would like to know what your dog's normal routine includes. Does your dog have any medical issues? Does your dog like long or short walks? Is your dog allowed to have dog treats? Does your dog sleep in the "people bed", the couch, a dog bed or a crate? Does your dog chew on furniture, blankets, or anything else? Is your dog housebroken? How often and at what time does your dog eat?

Currently, I work first shift and my husband works third shift. Therefore, dogs are not normally left alone for very long unless we go somewhere together. My husband will nap for 4-5 hours when he gets home from work but the dogs are more than welcome to nap with him on the couch or loveseat. If dogs are crate trained, we may crate them when we are away to avoid them scratching or chewing wood furniture or doors and to avoid them getting hurt. Several dogs I have watched have had access to the entire living area (kitchen, dining room, living room, foyer, etc) but this will be decided between myself and the dog owner. Please note puppies under 1 year will only be accepted if owners provide a crate that I can use when I'm away.
