I used the Rover app and Colleen for the first time for my dog, Maddie. I was a little nervous at first, but Colleen made the experience easy, and myself at ease. Maddie at the time also had stitches from a cut and was under restrictions for her activity. Maddie is only a year and a half and is normally very active with me. Anyone who has had a young dog knows how difficult this could be. Colleen was conscious of this, and made every effort to keep Maddie as calm as possible. She kept me informed while she had Maddie including sending me pictures which I appreciated. Maddie was well rested and very happy after I picked her up, and got very excited to go the next day. I appreciate the care and love Colleen gave Maddie during her stay with her. I would book with Colleen and her family again.
