Unfortunately our dog was left alone more than the sitter was with her. The reason we hired a sitter was so she wasnt alone for 10-12 hours in a day. She is not used to that beings i am home all day with her. He asked if he could work his second job 1 day for 4 hours, which we had no issues with. So why he thought it would be ok to work 2 night for 8 hous each night plus travel time would be ok is beyond me. Had we known we would have hired a different sitter as we NEVER would have agreed to that schedule. My dog also has NEVER peed or pooped in our house except as a puppy she peed a few time but never pooped in the house. And we had 2 spots where she had accidents because she was home so long alone. 40.00 a night is a lot of money to have my dog home alone at all while we were away. She literally howled the majority of the time she was alone the second day and sat on the step watching out the window for at least 2 or more hours anxiously waiting for someone to come home. He finally got back at qurter after midnight the first night. Not acceptable in no means. We feel we were lied to about his work schedule and the amount of time our baby was going to be left alone at any given time. Very disappointing. We almost drove home to get her. We have a doggie cam so we are very aware of what was going on the whole time and it is motion sensored, alerting us of everything and everything I just mentioned as well as we kept an eye on our dog. We gave him the code and had the nerve to tell me he saw my cousin come home and assumed if she needed to go out he would have taken her out. No, not the case and I hired you to do a job not my cousin. I got one picture the first day and no updates after that unless I reached out to him asking for them, and then I kinda felt like I was bothering him with some of the answers I received, not the Rover way as I have had a sitter before that kept us very up to date everyday and multiples times. That’s the Rover way.

Colin was very friendly and respectful. My dogs seemed to love him!
