Hi there! Thanks for checking out my profile. I am a writer living in Midtown Sacramento with my cat Marco and a very flexible schedule since I make my own hours. :) I grew up with a family dog and learned how to interact with, listen to and care for a pet from a young age. I moved to New York City after college, where it's much easier to care for a cat than a dog. I rescued Marco a few years ago, after pet-sitting for different friends over the years and thinking, "Hmm, should I?" Of course, I have no regrets. :) I often pet-sit for my brother's two Great Danes (and one purry older female cat) often, as they're also in the Sacramento area. I'm free for overnight stays or visits/walks during the day, and can easily schedule something on short notice. I don't have a car (I bike everywhere!), so for more frequent/short trips, I'm a good fit if you're also in/near Midtown. :)
