Pet care experience
I grew up caring for five horses, cats, fish, and always three dogs at a time. The biggest was a golden retriever, and the smallest was a bichon poodle. I am originally from KS. I have recently relocated to the Bay Area after completing a year of service with AmeriCorps in Sonoma County. I would ensure your pet had plenty of potty breaks and exercise. I love the outdoors and would take your pet on plenty of walks. However, I also understand if your pet wants to stay inside to snuggle or chill. I love two dogs, a 10-year-old boxer, and one-year-old poodle mix. I will give your animal lots of attention and affection. I believe dogs are one of the best forms of therapy and make home a happier place.

Colgan was great! She is friendly, a great communicator and on it! This was the first time I had used the rover service and I felt really comfortable leaving my dog in her care. I highly recommend!
We definitely recommend Colgan and would hire her again. Both of our dogs took to her, and they don't always respond warmly to everyone. She also assisted with watering the garden. She gave us updates on the dogs with photos, and asked pertinent questions during our interview and while we were away. I was nervous about hiring someone who hadn't been referred to us by a friend, but she helped ease my mind and I was able to relax while on vacation knowing our boys were in good hands. Colgan is a delight! She has grown up with animals including horses and dogs. They have all been an integral part of the family. While at Smith, Colgan visited with us and our beloved dog Oliver. Colgan and Oliver were quite bonded and close. She was gentle and loving with him. I would recommend Colgan without any reservation. Anyone lucky enough to employ Colgan won't be disappointed.
Colgan is a very responsible person and great with dogs. She has lots of experience with dogs of all types and sizes. She is loving and sweet with them. I have her take care of my dogs whenever she is available.
