I have always owned and loved animals! I was a former Foster Care Taker for the Humane Society. The hardest part of fostering was taking the animals back. They encourage you not to become a foster failure and adopt the animal you foster, because of the large need for foster homes. Having a heart for the abandoned and abused animals, this was very hard for me to do. All of my animals have been rescues. I recently sold my home in Bloomfield Hills and moved up to Elk Rapids, a place I have owned since 2008. My girls and husband are keeping our pets (2 dogs and 3 cats) together down where they live. I do miss them all so much!! I am a mother of 3 daughters who are currently all in college. I am starting a home based business, so I am home most of the day. I live on the water, so if your dog likes to swim or play catch, he'll love it here! I love taking walks, so if your dog likes them he'll be all set.
