Hi! I'm Cole. First and foremost, I am a huge dog lover. You may have seen me on "So You Think You Can Dance" (I was the second runner-up) Needless to say, I'm an a performing artist! And during my downtime, I love to spend time with animals. I have always loved and cared about animals...probably over humans! I am passionate about animal rights and plan to start an animal shelter(s) someday with my brother. I've watched all of Caesar Milan, and although there are many things I've taken from him, I disagree with his overall approach of negative reinforcement/fear over positive reinforcement. My approach employs positive reinforcement over negative reinforcement, and I've found you can just as effectively earn the respect of dogs this way, while also keeping the dog happier and actually have them like you instead of fear you. My calm, firm demeanor is enough to earn the respect of dogs. And I shift to an upbeat, warmer side when dogs behave to keep things much more fun and enjoyable for them. I have cared for dogs of all types, ages (puppies and elder dogs 16 and older), and sizes from my uncle's pitbulls to an Alaskan malamute, pugs, Yorkshire terriers, a shitzu, and mixed breeds.
