I absolutely love dogs!!

Pet care experience

I got my first dog when I was 7 years old, and I am now a 23 year old who has a new puppy in the family. I have been taking care of dogs most of my life. The brand new puppy I have now is the 6th dog that I have owned. I am very familiar with what it takes to take care of dogs, and give them the love and affection they need and deserve. All of my dogs have been Labrador retrievers so I am also experienced at taking care of decent sized and high energy dogs. I am also a very disciplined military veteran who has been honorably discharged after 5 years of active duty. I'll make sure that your dogs get the care and love they need while you are away. I also plan on attending school to utilize my military benefits, and I'd enjoy dog sitting as a main source of income.

Cody did an excellent job walking our two large dogs. He was always prompt, very considerate, flexible with his time, and he handled our boys well. I would recommend Cody to anyone who wants a reliable walker or sitter. We're so glad we found him!!

I was thrilled with Cody’s services; he was amazing. We were gone for two weeks, and when we arrived home our dog, Axel, was happy and healthy, and the yard was completely clean. Axel sheds a lot, and he has skin allergies, so it is important to keep his bed and the immediate surroundings as hair-free as possible. Cody made sure it was spotless. Furthermore, the water bowl was clean and had fresh water in it; the bowl for Axel’s coconut oil that helps his skin condition was squeaky clean; and Axel’s shaggy coat was shiny and thoroughly brushed out. Finally, it was obvious that Cody gave Axel his vitamins daily, because I can tell if he misses one single dose. We loved the photos of Axel, and it was nice to be on vacation and not have to worry about him. We definitely want Cody to take care of Axel for all of our future trips, and we recommend him wholeheartedly.

I have known Cody for years and he has cared for my dogs often. There is no one I would trust with my pets more than Cody. He seems to have a genuine gift when it comes to animals. He's a very responsible, caring and loving guy. He's cared for my dogs during our time away from home over the years. His integrity shows in the condition of my home and the happiness and contentment of my dogs when I return. I would highly recommend Cody!

Over the past 8 years of knowing cody, he has always been into dogs. His family had three labs and would always be following him around when I visited. While we served in the military together he always talked about wanting to get his own dog and how he missed his dogs back home. He even sends me pictures of his newest puppy almost daily. Cody is a dog-fanatic and definitely knows how to handle and care for them.

Information Cody M. would like to know about your pet

The first question I would probably have for any dog owner is if the dog/dogs are known to be either aggressive or have been harmful in the past as well as if they are up to date on the shots that they need. If a dog has ever bitten or attacked someone even that will not play a factor in my choosing to dog sit. I simply want to know these things to be on my guard just in case for my own safety. The next question i will have is if there are any special conditions, schedules, or limitations that your dog has. I need to know what kind of special treatment each dog requires so that I can more effectively ensure the safety and well-being of your pet.

A typical day

On an overnight stay there will will countless amounts of play time, and a walk or two. There will be plenty of love and affection for every dog you have. On a drop in visit I will provide your dog with a decent amount of play time, fresh water every time, and love and affection.
