From Dobermans to Pomeranians to LoveBirds, I have been pet sitting professionally for over ten years and been a pet owner for my entire life. I have cared for fur babies that needed medication and are in constant need of a watchful companion. I make sure to maintain your routines to keep your fur/feathered baby happy and on track for your long-term goals. I am an avid runner, so your fur baby will be in great care if they need extra exercise to wind down from breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Cody is the absolute best! He watched my English bulldog for 4 days / 3 nights and I could not have found a better sitter. He constantly kept in contact with me and sent updates and pictures throughout my entire trip. Not only would I trust him watching my baby again, but knowing that she is in good hands while I'm away relieves me of the stress of leaving her. Cody has been dog sitting for us for almost 10 years now and he is amazing with our dogs - yes, plural! Cody is now caring for our second set of large puppies! Cody has proven to be excellent, not only with our older pair of large dogs, but with our new pair of large PUPPIES! We have grown to rely on Cody to love our fur-babies while we are gone, whether for a few hours, overnight, or for long extended vacations. He is amazing with our dogs and follows our instructions every time. When we are away, we trust Cody to care for our puppies the way we care for them when we are home. We recommend him highly and just can't thank him enough when we return home to our happy pups. Cody gives us peace of mind that only comes from someone who continues to strive to be the best pet sitter he can be. I think some of the most important things to know are their current routines. When you leave it can be stressful, so I want to be sure we are staying on track with what they would normally do. If they go out at certain times or fall asleep, I am happy to accommodate that and prepare for any changes to my own schedule. Of course, any allergies, medications, or special accommodations are also nice to know ahead of time, just so I can be extra vigilant when out on walks or even at home.
A typical day
From going on long walks in the neighborhood to play fetch and tug-o-war, your pet is going to be having fun and burning energy. I am always happy to incorporate your activities (i.e. jogging during the morning) with my routine, so please feel free to let me know. Being in San Diego has so many perks for our furry friends, so we all can get outside and enjoy the sunshine.
