Hey packmates. I'm Clint. I love all dogs and they seem to love me right back. I spoil dogs with lots of attention and head-pats, but I'm very strict about routines and diets. I've been a work-from-home real estate investor for 5 years (house flipper & landlord), which leaves me tons of time to play with your canine friend. I live in a 2-floor, 4-bedroom apartment. About 15 various toys are always strewn around the apartment for dogs to choose from. I'll be happy to give them a free bath every week, and I can pick them up and drop them off if you're within a half-mile radius of my home in Astoria. Before joining Rover, I ran 4 self-proprietorships after graduating from NYU. Now I'm trying to devote as much time as possible doing the things that I love, and that definitely includes playing with dogs. I think it might be my favorite thing to do in the whole world. I'm proud to say that I've gotten almost every single dog who has ever stayed with me to roll on their back for belly rubs. I've recently completed a course on calming dogs with separation issues, and I'll be taking more dog training/behavior classes as time goes on.
