Dogs bring out the best in people, myself included. I crave the opportunity to spend time with and get to know dogs, which is why I became a sitter with Rover! I'm passionate, experienced and playful, and I can't wait to meet you and your dog. I've been drawn to dogs ever since I was a small child and my first four-legged friend entered our home. Throughout my life I have owned and cared for dogs ranging in size from 5 to 150 pounds, and ages newborn pups to geriatric 16 year olds. No matter how sweet or "aggressive" they might be, I always show dogs love and respect and strive to make their lives better. I have studied dog behavior and training to know how best to work with our four-legged friends. I'm here to care for your dog if you're gone for an hour or several days. I'll give them stability, routine and love, so that they don't have to worry too much. I'll treat them like my own family--and maybe some day they will be playmates for my future dog! Clay is a Rover wonder! Blue is always relaxed and happy when we return home from work and we know it’s because of the dedicated time and attention he receives from Clay. 30 minutes doesn’t seem long but it is enough to recharge and reassure your pup. If you’re looking for someone who provides exceptional care, look no further.
Clay took car of my Labrador, Pablo, over the holidays. Clay was a very good communicator for the entire stay and made certain Pablo was safe and sound in my absence. They went on walks and played more than I could ask for, and Pablo could not have been in better hands. I would STRONGLY recommend Clay to anyone in the area in need of a pet sitter. He's great, and Pablo will certainly miss him until I go out of town again. 10/10, 5 stars- all the way through my 5 day vacation.
Clay came a few times each day to play with our pup while we were away, and even went above and beyond to spend a little more time with her. He's very friendly, responsive to contact while you're gone and definitely loves dogs.
Clay was wonderful and went above and beyond what was asked of him. The pets were happy, the place was clean, and he was very communicative and responsible. We would love to have him back again in future!!
