Pet care experience
Hii! My name is Claudia and I have walked and entertained many dogs since I was a young. I bathe, feed, play, and walk dogs including two of my own. Many family members and friends have counted on me to take care of their dogs and entertain them. I am currently on summer break from going to college. I am looking to do something in my free time and I’m in love with dogs!! Any kind. I would be able to work mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings from Mon-Thurs and possibly Saturdays as well. I have no problem taking care of pets in others home because it’s where they are most comfortable. I would want any pet to feel comfortable and always happy! *I am fluent in Spanish and English in case you need some help with either language!! 🙂*

Claudia was great and it was such a comfort knowing our fur babies were taken care while we were out of town.
Claudia was amazing and did such a wonderful job caring for our little fur family (2 dogs and 2 kittens). She was great with our senior dog and even earned the trust of our skittish chihuahua. She was also an excellent communicator and always let us know when she was on her way. Can’t recommend her highly enough and will definitely request her again in the future!
Claudia was very friendly and helpful as this was our first time using this service. She came in everyother day feed and water our cat ? Trouble and scoop his box she would then play with him for a while before she took off. It was so comforting to go on vacation and not have to worry about are cat and he was able to stay in our home and not have to be sheltered at a strange location.

Depending on the dog, I usually allow them to be introduced to my other 2 fur babies and let them play if they would like. If not, I have separated my two fur babies from the pet I’m caring for between upstairs and downstairs. It’s not easy but it has been possible. I always make the pet feel at home with lots of love and kisses and just having a great time running around in my backyard. After that, the pet takes naps and I take them on walks just to keep them active !

Knowing if a dog is friendly or aggressive is something that I prefer to know ahead of time. Also if they are leash trained, potty trained, or crate trained. I don’t mind if a dog has any of these, I just prefer to know ahead of time!
A typical day
I always like dogs to be happy. I live in a community area so it’s very closed off and dogs can be at peace while walking. There is an area in my community that leads to a park where many people often walk their dogs. I also like taking them to dog walks if allowed to let their energy out and run around. I have a fenced yard in my backyard so they can play fetch and other games.

Availability
I’m currently working part-time as a nanny from Monday- Thursday but those are morning hours. I like to help as many people as I can throughout the week and I know how some can go on vacation or need some fresh air which I can help by helping with your pet. I always keep my schedule free in case a pet parent needs some help last minute!
