My first experience with Claudia was alright, but not the best. I gave the benefit of a doubt, maybe wondering if she was just new to Rover and didn't know how to use the app... but her communication was mediocre the first time (my wedding). However, this second time was unacceptable. Her lack of communication and any PROOF for the second visit in one day had me worried at my brother's wedding. I had no idea if Obsidian was checked on, and the thought of him being in the crate from 2:30pm/3pm to 11pm is sickening. I asked her to drop in on my dog at 2pm and 7pm. After texting her in the beginning of the day to use the timer tracking app used during drop in visits so I know when her drop in visits start and end, she didn't. I had zero idea when she got here or how long she actually stayed. She didn't send any kind of picture for the 7pm visit. I asked her once more to use the timer tracker. She didn't. I texted her at 8:30pm and 10pm asking if she visited him the second time, only to have no response. I have no idea if Obsidian was checked on a second time. I'm extremely disappointed and would not trust her with my dog again due to an extreme lack of communication.

Claudia messaged me back quickly and last minute booked a time for her to check in on my dogs. She kept me updated with when she got there and how the puppies were doing.
