Clarissa was thoughtful, caring, and went above and beyond with our pet. She was a great communicator throughout, beginning with the first time we contacted her. She gave us detailed information on her interest, availability, and skills. Even though we had requested her help very last minute, she swung by for an initial visit prior to our departure and got along better than expected with our generally anxious pet; Clarissa seemed super knowledgeable about our pet’s breed mix and was spot on with what to expect during her watch. During the actual sitting session, she was in consistent communication with us and sent many adorable pictures with details on their time together. She took our pet out walking and playing longer than we ourselves do!! Our pet is generally wary of new people in her life and has a lot of anxiety, especially when we are away; however, I did not for a second feel like our pet was lonely or sad when we were away - she was too busy getting cuddles and pets from her new friend, Clarissa. The best thing about our impromptu trip was that we found someone as awesome as Clarissa to take care of our pet! Would recommend Clarissa to anyone looking for a caring and considerate person to take care of their furry children!

Clarissa is a true animal lover, attentive caretaker, and exceptional communicator. We were nervous to bring in a stranger to dog sit - we had recently rescued an energetic but scared rat terrier mix that required fear free vet visits and in home coaching. On top of that, our 8 year old chihuahua just had many teeth removed and required hand feeding and significant patience. Obviously worried about the care required, we picked Clarissa due to her awesome profile and proximity. She immediately was super receptive to all instructions and concerns, and she went above and beyond in her care and effort. Months later, Clarissa looks forward to seeing Lola and Charlie flourish and showing their personalities to her. She genuinely seems just as excited as we are that they are so at home with her - even our friends and family don't get that warm of receptions from our pups! We feel very lucky to have found her. She is worth the premium for the piece of mind that your fur babies are well taken care of!
