I established my love for dogs early on. When I was two, I wouldn’t stop saying “dog!” to my parents as they were trying to, you know, help me get a grasp on the English language. It wasn’t working. I was steadfast. I wanted a dog. Animals made me happy. That’s when my parents first realized that having a dog to love and play with was part of who I am, and the rest is history! Since then, not much has changed - I love, will snuggle with, and want to nurture every puppy I come across (and to me, all dogs are puppies at heart regardless of their age!). I take dog care very seriously - living with a dog for most of my life and having an aunt that is a dog breeder, I know the importance of patience, positive reinforcement, intellectual stimulation and activities, playtime, and a safe environment in a dog’s life. This mindset doesn’t just apply to dogs, but to all types of pets and animal friends. I will make sure your pet is well cared for and safe when I am taking care of it. In general, I pride myself on being I am a kind, tolerant, detail-oriented, and hard-working person. All those skills translate to my pet care as well, and I hope I have the chance to show you and your pet just how much love and play I have to give. I work exclusively from home so I have lots of time to make sure your pet has everything he or she could ever want in a day. I live near the subway and can travel to you if that’s easier, and I have a spacious condo right beside a park if your animal friend wants to come hang out at my place. I let animals on my furniture and am very hands-on with animals that like lots of interaction (but can also give a pet space if that is what they prefer).
