Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs in my family since I was very young and adore them! As an adult I started looking after cats also. It’s brings me so much joy! I have my own very friendly, playful golden retriever George, who loves other dogs and a Norwegian Forrest cat, Harry, who thinks he’s a dog. I am self employed and have a very flexible work schedule. Which means lots of walks throughout the day. On the weekend we do longer walks too. I am happy giving medication and dealing with special diets, George has home cooked food, so am very happy to accommodate special dietary needs. Am use to looking after dogs and cats of all ages, puppies and kittens as well as lovely old soldiers. my last cat lived till he was in his 20s. I am just about to undertake a dog and cat first aid course. I have been looking after others dogs and cats for a number of years now, me, George and Harry love the extra company!

Clare was excellent, she was so attentive and caring and clearly adores animals. We felt very happy knowing Herbie was being taken very good care of, and so fun for him to play with Clare’s lovely dog!
Clare was great with our 4 month old pup Fudge and he had a great time playing with her gorgeous dog Georgie, who provided some valuable doggy playtime fun for Fudge. We will definitely use Clare again. She was attentive, communicative and above all very caring with Fudge so we were completely at ease.

I live in a ground floor flat and have a small fenced in garden. I live 5 minutes walk from Clapham Common. I have a golden retriever and Norwegian forest cat living with me. Pets are allowed on furniture and beds, we don’t have a crate but can happily accommodate one if you would prefer.

A typical day
I’m self employed and my working day is generally from home and fairly flexible. Typical days involve a few long walks, playing with frisbees and tennis balls, generally on Clapham Common, Battersea park or Brockwell Park. Maybe if a swim if your dog is a fan. Trips to dog friendly cafes and restaurants also frequently happen

I am self employed, mostly working from home, so can be very flexible with timings and overnight stays. Happy to collect from your home if notice is given or can be dropped with me.
