I have a fairly quick response time and would like to meet you and your pets before our first visit. On drop by visits, I spend at least 30 minutes to ensure your pet is getting all the TLC. If your doggy needs a bath while you're away, he/she will have a fabulous spa day if requested. Your pets are the extension of your family, and I would treat them as such!
