Pet care experience
I have always been a huge pet person - I loved my dog and cat growing up more than anything. Now that I am older and able to get pets of my own, I have not shied away from the responsibility. I have two cats who are almost 3 named Fred and George, and a rescue yellow lab named Brody who is also around 3 years old. My cats are indoor only and are relatively easy day to day, but they each have had their share of medical issues so I am experienced in unique medical situations for cats. I also have experience walking high energy dogs, timid dogs, strong dogs, small dogs, you name it I've probably cared for that kind of dog!

It is important for me to know your dog's general temperament. I have experience with dogs of all temperament, but knowing what to expect is crucial for a truly enriching walk.
A typical day
I am a big wanderer, and I know a lot of dogs are the same. I like to provide dogs with a new environment to sniff out as it is more enriching. But I am more than willing to stick to a certain route if that's what your dog is most comfortable with. I think play is a hugely important part of caring for a dog, so I will always incorporate play somehow into the walk.

Availability
I currently work from home so my schedule is usually quite flexible. I am typically available before 10am, from 11am-2pm, and 4pm on, but it really varies day to day and I can usually sort anytime needed into my day.
