Hey! My name is Claire and live in Bakersfield . New to the Rover app but love it so far, added a picture of our first customer Bailey the Golden Retriever! Anyways, our house has a nice sized backyard with grass, a covered patio, and dog run along the side of the house. Very secure, We let our dog sleep in the house at night if she wants. We walk our doggo every evening and every morning, and do the dog park 1-2 times a week depending on our schedules. If your dog is a little lazy.. no problem, we can just take them on a nice car ride instead haha. I grew up with Golden Retrievers and cats back when I lived in Nebraska and now we have a 1.5 year old German Shepard named Kona. She’s friendly with people and other dogs so your pet will have someone to play with all day. We came across her at a shelter on the way back from a hike in Azusa, best. day. ever! We enjoy running/walking with her and training her on new tricks! We have gone through all levels(Beginner through Advanced) of training with Kona at Petsmart and are currently on our 2nd round of the Advanced class just to keep her sharp. We like training with dogs and will be happy to work with your pups while we have them. On the weekends I enjoy being outside at the dog park or hanging out at the beach. We are used to having a dog everywhere we go(we take Kona everywhere, her favs are breweries and of course Lazy Dog) so your pet will be adored and constantly taken care of :) Please feel free to reach out with any questions you might have.
