Pet care experience
After a brief hiatus I am excited to get back to doing what I love, taking care of your pets! I am so grateful to have the opportunity to make money doing something I love; spending time with and caring for animals. I'm not afraid to get a scratch or love bite or two. I love animals and take every opportunity I have to spend time with them. I am comfortable taking care of pets that are ill or just getting on in years and I have experience giving medication to both cats and dogs. I also love to take care of younger pets and don't mind getting down and dirty to play. I am an organized, caring, and dedicated individual and I will treat your pets as if they were my own!

Claire is a fantastic sitter and you should hire her! My dog Ellie has a few special needs and I am a bit neurotic and was worried about leaving her at home for the first time with a sitter. Claire put my mind at ease before I even left home with good communication and clear plan in place for her to resume care over Ellie and kept my mind at ease throughout the entire stay by sending my pictures and videos at regular intervals. I never had to ask for an update because there was one waiting on my phone before I had the chance. She followed all my instructions and went above and beyond to provide excellent care. She also was very respectful of our space and left the place exactly as she found it. Claire is responsible, reliable, honest, and has great communication skills. I am so happy to have found someone I can trust to care for my girl when I am away.

Claire was great! She was very communicative with sending notes and pictures which was appreciated. Our dogs can be somewhat shy and difficult and she was great with them. We would definitely recommend and will be calling her again in the future.

I prefer to watch pets in their own homes to help keep them comfortable. I don't mind spending extra time with your dog or cat if they get lonely while you're away. I'll come and hang out with them for an hour or so to keep them company and make sure they're feeling the love! When out for walks I always make sure dogs are safe and comfy throughout the walk. I will let them sniff around or pick up the pace for more energetic pups. I stay away from other dogs I see on walks just to be safe. I am vigilant at the dog park to make sure your pup is always having a good time and playing safe while they make new friends.

A typical day
I love to incorporate my own exercise with pets so we will go on long walks, play fetch, run around your yard, and play wrestle or tug of war. I am always safe as my first goal is to make sure your pet is having fun and is feeling comfortable. Does your dog have a favorite walk around the neighborhood or a favorite dog park? Let me know and I'll take them there! When it comes to older pets I'll give them all the pets and cuddles they want.
