I checked out Claire's character references from the University of Wisconsin, where she was a student and employee, and they were stellar. I don't think you could go wrong with her. We did not use her as planned because we had to put our elderly and ailing dog down before her scheduled visits, but we plan to hire her if we get another dog, and would not look at anybody else.

Claire Steffen has been around dogs all of her life. She grew up with a minimum of 2 dogs in the house and was a big part of their daily care as well as their daily dose of love and snuggles. She is a very responsible person who will care for your animals as if they were her own. She misses her own dogs while she is living in Colorado and would love to provide care for yours.
