I have had dogs and cats all my life and can't imagine being without them. Chester is my 11 year old English Setter and he may join us on some walks. I also have a 12 year old cat named Nightie who came as a stray and had 3 babies (we found great homes for all). I have experience with all ages and never met an animal I didn't love (well, maybe a snake or two). I have also administered medications and even kept one beloved cat alive for years by doing dialysis at home. I believe that a healthy dog is a happy dog and fresh air, sunshine and exercise are essential- for them and us! I have experience as an RN and am fine with most medical needs.
